Teatterikorkeakoulun dekaanin tehtävään hakijoita viisi / Five applicants for the position of Dean of the Theatre Academy
Yliopiston hallitus päätti kokouksessaan 15.12.2022 valtuuttaa rehtori Kaarlo Hildénin aloittamaan Teatterikorkeakoulun dekaanin rekrytoinnin ylimmän johdon rekrytointiprosessin mukaisesti.
Rehtori kuuli Teatterikorkeakoulun henkilöstöä ja opiskelijoita 12.12.2022, Teatterikorkeakoulun johtoryhmää 13.12.2022 ja Teatterikorkeakoulun johtokuntaa 19.12.2022.
Teatterikorkeakoulun dekaanin tehtävä avattiin avoimeen hakuun ajalle 3.1.2023-3.2.2023, ja sitä haki hakuajan puitteissa viisi henkilöä.

Avoimen haun lisäksi hyödynnetään suorahakua, jonka kautta hakijoiden määrä saattaa vielä kasvaa.
Valintaprosessissa noudatetaan Taideyliopiston hallituksen vahvistamaa ylimmän akateemisen johdon rekrytointiprosessia.

In the meeting on 15 December 2022, the Uniarts Helsinki Board decided to authorise Rector Kaarlo Hildén to launch the recruitment of the Dean of the Theatre Academy in accordance with the university’s standard process for recruiting vice rectors and deans.
The Rector consulted the staff and students of the Theatre Academy on 12 December 2022, the Management Team of the Theatre Academy on 13 December 2022 and the Board of the Theatre Academy on 19 December 2022.
The position of Dean of the Theatre Academy was opened for open application for the period 3.1.2023-3.2.2023, and five people applied for it during the application period.

In addition to the open call for applications, candidates are also headhunted, which is why the total number of applicants may still grow.
